Men & Boys for Gender Equality Workshop

Men & Boys for Gender Equality convened an induction workshop for sub-grantees under the Faith-Based Organizations and Male Engagement Cluster(4) of the National AIDS & Health Promotion Agency (NAHPA) grant. The workshop aimed to equip partners with knowledge in key areas, including the Brothers Arise - Nanogang Campaign, data protection, monitoring and evaluation, and financial and grant management.

It also provided a platform for partners to appreciate one another’s work and identify opportunities for collaboration. Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing practical experiences and lessons learned from their respective programs.

The workshop strengthened understanding of the program’s strategic objectives and highlighted the role of collective action in advancing male engagement. It further emphasized the importance of accountability, transparency, and effective partnership in achieving sustainable community impact.
